How should I store my peptides?
Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides in the freezer, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, keep the solution refrigerated and use it within its stability window.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard Australia Post shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Same business day dispatch is available on orders placed before 12.00pm AEST/AEDT. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What purity level are your peptides?
All peptides are sourced from GMP-certified facilities and independently tested to ≥99% purity by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry at an accredited third-party laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering purity and identity is published for every batch and can be downloaded from our CoA Library.
Did my payment go through? Is my order confirmed?
Our order tracker shows whether we've received and matched your payment yet — enter your AP- reference below and add the surname on the order. Most PayID and bank transfers match automatically within minutes (some banks hold a first-time PayID to a new payee for up to 24 hours). Paying the exact amount shown, cents included, helps it match automatically.

If your reconstituted solution is cloudy or won't go clear, don't use it — send us a photo of the vial and your order reference and we'll sort you out.
How are the compounds packaged?
All lyophilised peptides are shipped in secure, discreet packaging labelled for research use.
