Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations including New Zealand. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are dispatched via reputable carriers including Australia Post and/or third-party logistics providers. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Astralis Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
