6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
