All sales at Astralis Labs are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Astralis Labs are intended strictly for research and laboratory purposes. Due to the nature of these compounds and applicable regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at Hello@astralislabs.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations
